Back to Basics: Grilled Beef Ribs on The Mini
Beli
Posts: 10,751
Loren decided on some Beef Ribs....fixed some with Mustard, Chef Prudhomme's Meat magic,Worcestershire Sauce & others just basic S & P..... Pressed for time to watch the World Cup Soccer games, fired The Mini ...300* Dome

Were done in no time, just 10 min. per side lid closed,......& then a little adjustment time at the end until they were just right........notice how juicy & tender they were.......

Added some white rice & green salad with lettuce, pecans, grapes, manchego & cranberries

Nice medium term.,,,& very tender.......................

After many days with rain & electric thunder storms, yesterday's sunset over the Sierra Madre was great....................
