Sriracha fatty

I’ve been a big fan of Sriracha Chili sauce for years, but I’ve only ever squirted it on food. I’ve been following the Sriracha wings & thighs & other related posts over the past year & finally tried the thighs the other night (using the Sriracha with honey & orange marmalade version), it was a huge hit with the family & will go into the regular rotation.
Decided to put the sauce into a fatty, a little dizzy dust for exterior crustification, & served it as an appetizer, & threw some of it on a tortilla pizza to stretch it out to a whole dinner

Add the sauce to ground spare rib trimmings:

Roll’r up

Direct, 350

The finished product crumbled on some tortilla pizzas

Was good, have a great weekend all

Zip,
I have some stuff to send you. I'm going to put a bottle of Uncle Chen's in there. I think you will like it

Zip,
I'm standing here, scratching my head on what to do with a fattie I have planned for tomorrow. 4-5 lbs of ground spare rib trimmings. Thanks

I don't know what that is, but knowing you, I'm sure it'll be good; and I'd be happy if you would save some dough & bring the jar to that racetrack in the fall, where all those strange people will be..., drinking, cooking, drinking, eating, drinking, sleeping, drinking, & poking fun at doughappy in the hut

yer welcome. By the way the flavor is fantastic. Wolfed about 1/2 of it down straight, but on the tortillas, that was Carnivore Robust drizzeled on, just another heat/flavor source, along with some raw onion, man o mang it was tastyhappy in the hut

Costs a lot less to ship than overweight luggage.

overweight luggage overwieght schmuggage, what happened to your idea of driving your partridge family bus on down, picking me up on the way, & partying all the way down, there, & back, like a bunch'a drunken heathens...happy in the hut

This is what I came up with. See if Steve recognizes the fancy bottle on the left. I've been trying to figure out how to use it. Ingredients are (honey, ginger, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes) It wasn't too hot so I added a buncha shakes of this Habanero Zauce from a pizza joint a few miles from the Frozen fest.
FYI-February again
weekend will be chosen soon
With an 8" chef for a size reference
This is gonna replace the two butts on the large, in the morning.
Need some more eaters. :pinch: -
Dang I'm on the way :woohoo: :woohoo: Thats gonna be some good eatin tomorrow

Very creative, Zip. Any excuse to marry BBQ and Mexican, count me in.

Zippy, that Siriacha fatty looks tasty, especially made from left over spare ribs trimmings. The resulting tortilla pizza looks yummy.

Some how I picture Norma ending up driving this "bus" and it getting parked at a mall and you two setting up the eggs and cooler right there in the parking lot... Maybe Pete can give you some grocery cart diving lessons.. We would never see you in Atlanta... maybe never again :(

Rebecca, Chris got me hooked on using spare rib trimmings for fatties; to this day the best fatty by far I've ever tasted is the one he does with maple syrup & red eye mixed into the trimmings (I've made probably 10 of them since then but cannot quite duplicate the one's he makes..., he's got the touch). Have a great day, Marchappy in the hut

Jeremy, agreed on combining the two. This really came from two guys here (Randy & Jay), they make some spectacular tortilla pizzas, I've been lucky enough to sample both in the past & they are both outa this world good. Like I told Rebecca below, I've tried at home to duplicate those results, haven't quite hit the mark but it is awefully fun trying

I'll have to start painting flowers today. I could use decals too. I have an awful time with peace signs
