Wow its so pretty and white! Mine hasn't looked like that after my first week! Nice looking tri-tip btw, I haven't seen to many of those in OK City but we're getting a Whole Foods next year so hopefully they will have greater meat selection!

Also, I see you have the standard grill grate... I highly recommend the cast iron grill grate! Father's day is coming up... time to drop some hints!

No they are not. I put it on before I put the egg together. I burnt the one off on my XL in no time so I thought, what the heck, why not change it out before hand. I already had it on hand.Dave San Jose, CA The Duke of Loney
