    hi there Clark TKS, mercury up in the 90's again today...so I suppose is back to the water & see what i cook on the egg......wife just said she wants chicken so chicken it'll be....very persuasive this girls are....everywhere I suppose :laugh: have a great sunday!!

    Hi Beli, I don't know yet because I don't have anything here I need to go to the getting place. Maybe some chicken breasts soaked in butter milk. Have you done that before? Maybe a glorified hamburger. We were out in the sun all day yesterday and I feel lazy. Tim ;)

    Having to work today. :angry:

    The wife is out of town at a wedding and will be back tonight.

    I grilled with a neighbor last night - chicken breast - but had to do it on a gasser (heresy). :sick::)

    SInce I knew it would be a gasser, I brined in for 1 1/2 hour ahead of time, seasoned heavily with DP Shaking the Tree topped with a little Swamp Venom. Plus slightly undercooking it made it come out pretty good - just no where near as good as Egge'd food. :ohmy:

    Have a good Sunday yourself.

    I'm ordering out pizzas for the OR and Recovery Room staff as it looks like we will be working through lunch. Got 3 more to go..... so far !
