Tailgating suggestions

We're attending the USA soccer game against Turkey in Philadelphia on Saturday. A friend is taking a small charcoal grill for tailgating.
Any suggestions for something that I can prepare on Friday, refrigerate, and then reheat on his grill at the tailgate? I'm trying to think of something fun, for both kids and adults.
Thanks!

I would recommend the Stuffed Fritos in the cookbook section of the forum. Kids and adults love them, they can be made ahead and gently reheated, or cooked at the tailgate. Just bring a screen to cook them on so you can take them off all at once. I have had great success serving these at tailgates and parties. Thank you to Frank in Houma for a great recipe idea.

Sounds like finger food would be appropriate
Like Faith said the stuffed fritos are usually a hit with all - prolly should hold the japs for the kids. I would mix the stuffing the night before and load the ziplocks with sour cream and guac the night before. These can easily be grilled in about 20 minutes at the tailgate.
Couple finger items to fix the night before. Wings, ABTs, and Moink balls - bring along some extra sauce to do a final dip on the moink balls.
Good luck and enjoy
The recipe for the Stuffed Fritos is in the recipe forum but for your convenience here is the recipe
South of the Border Stuffed Fritos
1 lb 93% lean ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet of taco seasoning
¼ cup of onions chopped fine
4-5 Tbs. of salsa or ¼ cup of taco sauce
Mix the above together
Stuff Frito scoops
Cook indirect at 350 until they reach an internal temp of 150
Squeeze some sour cream and guacamole on the Stuffed Fritos after they come off the Egg
Hint1: Fill a ziplock bag with the sour cream or guacamole and cut a small hole in the corner to use it as a squeeze bag.
Hint2: Load up your grid off the egg while it is cold and put the whole grid on at one. Then take it off in one piece but watch the crumb snatchers – they may get burned.
Caution: I once got busy doing other things and the fritos went above 165. They were alright but dry.
Option: Cut up a couple jalapenos and mix in, or top with jalapeno slices

Thanks! I'll be headed to the store in the morning!
