Cold Smoker - Any opinions?

A friend of mine sent me this link for a cold smoke generator for cheese and cold smoked salmon. Has anyone seen this before? Does anyone have any experience with it? I'm thinking the kids need to give dear ole dad something for father's day....is this something you'd want?

Hi,
I built a smoker following the instructions from the Naked Whiz website. I built it for approximately the same price. My wife asked me why I would want to cold smoke cheese or salmon. I told her that it would keep me out of trouble.

I seem to recall that they delivered it rapidly. You need to make your own sawdust or buy it in the states. The US does not allow them to export the dust. This is were I got my initial sawdust: http://www.smokinlicious.com/index.php?Flavored Smokin' Dust -

Depends on where you are but you can put a pan of ice directly under the grate you are smoking on.
