Bored at work and need your help

Morning all,
Today my schedule at work is nothing but one mind numbing meeting after another. Do a fellow egghead a favor and post some pics for me to check out between meetings to help me get through the day. Hopefully I'll get some good ideas for dinner tomorrow night since I won't be able to get out of here today until it's too late to cook for the family.[p]Thanks in advance,

    Talk about picture perfect... WOW! What do you use to coat the chicken with before you RR it? Do you lift the skin and rub under there too? I usually lift the skin, spritz under and on skin with olive oil and bombard with Tsunami Spin and smoke with a maple/pecan mix of wood. Always a hit in our house, but your's just looks fantastic!!!     Thanks Joe,[p]For this one I just gave it a light rubbing with olive oil, rubbed the heck out of it with the Raging River and placed it on a raised grid with a small round of foil underneath that was the diameter of the footprint of the chicken setter. [p]And cooked it til it was done. :~)[p]John
