today's pulled beef

i did this the same was as the last pulled beef thread i posted, save this time i let the rub sit on the meat overnight. added a little honey in with the maple syrup as well.

Looks great, Jason. The first couple of times I did Clay's recipe, it was so good right out of the dutch oven I didn't have the heart to sauce it, but I did this last time and it was even better. I can't tell...is yours sauced?

i used very little sweet baby rays original. i had about 1.5 cups of drippings after skimming off the oil, so i had plenty of liquid. these were much juicier than the last time i did it (although it was great then as well). -

We used SBR's Hickory and Brown Sugar and wow, was that good. Highly recommended. I need to do a better job of draining and skimming, however...
