What to do with 50# of yellowfin tuna?

So my fishing trip in the OBX went OK. Normally we get some dolphin and yellowfin but not this time. Nothing but yellowfins. No mahi could be found and I usually give away the yellowfin if I have mahi. So I have searched for recipes but would like to know the forum's favorite recipes for doing yellowfin tuna steaks. Blackened is already a given, as well as evoo and old bay seasoning. The only DP I have for fish is raging river. Thanks in advance.

I have cut them into 1-1 1/2 inch thick steaks, marinate in soy for couple hours, sprinkle with sesame seeds white/black mix and sear quickly. Slice and serve with wasabi. 1-2 minute per side great. Just like a steak. high heat.

Hell…I pay BIG money for it here in the Northland!!!
Got more than you want? I could most likely drive down and take it off your hands and still be money ahead! NOT to mention one great road-trip!
I as for how to use it? Use what you can, cut and freeze the rest in amounts that work for you!
I have a number of recipes / methods for tuna. If you’re interested email me and I’ll send everything I now about cooking tuna, that I have -
that's a little closer, I'll have to check my calendar.
