sriracha wings over butt

several months ago, saw the post by kim (vidalia) on his sriracha wings. cooked them for lunch on raised grid over the butt i was cooking. great flavor and taste. first bite is sweet and then the heat kicks in. will become a regular from now on when we cook wings

    I am hooked on those marmalade/sriracha wings. We did wings 3 ways on Friday, and those were one (others were Trex's lemon pepper, minus the par-braise; and jerk wings). They're all good, but the sriracha ones are probably my favorite. Plenty of sauce left over, too...so we've got a few more batches coming in the next few weeks. Love it!

    Glad you enjoyed the recipe...next time sprinkle some chopped up green onions over them when they are done..it ups the asian flare factor... :)

    Every time I make wings my kids want me to make that kind. The first time I made them I tasted the sauce before I put them on and thought it was terrible :) but once on the wings they were fantastic!!!!!
