Put it together, fill it with lump, light it, let the smoke clear, cook something, take pics and post. :laugh:

Prior to all what Steven suggests I think would would be well served to watch the DVD to get some initial tips. Careful about putting the DVD in a Mac laptop, they tend to get stuck :(
After that, Calibrate your thermometer and make either a great steak, double stuffed baked potatoes and/or a spatch-**** chicken. Avoid doing high temp cooks for the first 6-10 times.
