Steak and Lobster - Oh Yeah

No pics but made 4-6oz lobster tails AWESOME - 1 stick butter, juice from one lime, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder and fresh pepper.... cooked at 550 and pulled about 130 Awesome!!! Took advice from an old post from Smokin Guitar Player - perfect.

Then cooked two huge bone in ribeyes, one porterhouse and a filet... Everyone was happy. Had a friend in from Europe and he was eggstatic to have a Real Med Rare steak... Honestly, it doesn't get any better.

Man the Egg is perfect....
