Recipe: Sriracha Pork Glaze

Here's a glaze I made for pork roasts and chops this week. Great flavor and definitely going to be repeated at our house.
I would just use chops or a roast, the spiral slicing I did really didn't enhance the flavor like a stuffed spiral sliced loin does.
Sriracha Pork Glaze
Source: Nibble Me This inspired by the apricot/sriracha wing sauce
Ingredients
1 cup red plum jelly
1 oz sriracha sauce (more if you like heat)
2 oz Mr. Yoshida sauce (or a terriyaki)
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup sliced green onion

Mix all ingredients together in small sauce pan, bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Like I said, I did mine in a spiral sliced pork loin.

Season roast with salt and pepper, then roast at about 350f for about 90 seconds per side.

Then switch to indirect at 350f. Working in small batches (to avoid cross contaminating your sauce), brush liberally onto pork roast several times during the roasting process to build up the layers of sauce.

Slice and serve.

I can't wait to try this on chops.
