Blade Roast same as a "Shoulder Blade Roast?

Can someone please tell me if a "Pork shoulder blade boston roast" is the same as my "Boneless Blade Roast"?

My C.I. book on meat says that "Blade Roast" comes from the loin, nearest the shoulder.
But researching the archives here, it sounds to me that first mentioned cut of meat is different?
(Coming from the shoulder, and is of course great for pulled pork.

Wondering if what I've got is too lean to do a low-n-slow...
Thanks a ton, as I'm a little confused here!

("Blade" always means "shoulder blade"?)
