Sausage Kick

We don't eat that much of it typically but have been on a sausage kick lately... smoked sausage, polska kielbasa, etc. Will start keeping a couple on hand in the freezer from now on. A few recent cooks...
Here with some scallops, good combination
Here with some sweet & sour shrimp, also very good
Used some leftovers to make some bite sized pigs in a blanket, tasty snack. Used pizza dough and cooked along with breadsticks and pizza.

Great looking ideas. Now that is a good Kick to be on. Love egg'd sausage.
When you get the urge try making some of your own. Not that hard and it sure is treat.

Very easy and fantastic. Visit thirdeye's site and look at his recipes. His farm sausage recipe makes great meatballs for spaghetti.
Summer Sausage is great
as is making brats.
