Blackened Grouper

Tried some Grouper on the Egg tonight. Blackened it with some Dizzy Pig Tsunami. Seasoned and ready for the grill, maybe I need some more butter??

On the Cast Iron griddle.

I can smell the goodness!!

Ready to be served....Absolutely delicious, sorry I didn't take pictures of the shrimps.

I also got some sauce from Costcos Mango Coconut Pepper. Really Good!!

I not much of a fan of blackened fish, but if I had a coin with grouper on one side, and walleye on the other I wouldn't care which side came up.Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery
