Noticed my battery cover on my Thermapen was missing.
Called ThermoWorks and 2 days later one showed up. Not a cent charged ;)
Real good customer service, and the Thermapen is not half bad :)

  • Is the Thermopen the same as the BGE one they sell in the stores?

Mine is starting to take a little longer to "climb" to the reading. I have dropped it twice. Wonder how kindly they would treat me on a refurb/repair job....

When I got mine I wrote down the temps for all different items I would do with magic marker on the flat areas.
After about the 5th time using all the magic ink became a large unreadable magic blob all over the exterior. Looks like crap, but works well.

Call Amber at Thermoworks and explain the problem, she will take good care of you.

They are open until 5pm MST. M-F. and have a toll free number.

I have seen/heard of these being fixed for free and some as low as $15.

They often have refurbished units from 30% to 50% off.
