Has anyone ever made the BOG Burgers (Bacon, Onion, Guinness) from page 43 of the below link?

I have never made these but as a rule of thumb I usually reduce to half. Oh and thanks SteelersGirl for showing me this link, Great Recipes!

I haven't tried it yet, but I believe ChargerGuy is right. I'm pretty sure it says to reduce it by half. I do know the recipe sounds really good, and after reading it a few weeks ago I have a good idea that I want to try as a spin off of it, using some local ingredients including a locally brewed dark beer.

i would think you want to reduce the liquid until most of it is gone. otherwise, the raw burger mixture will get pretty mushy and sticky, and hard to form into patties that will hold together on the grill.
