Spicy enchiladas

Nuthin' special but pretty warm. Sauteed onions, poblanos, jalapenos, garlic, oregano, cilantro, red bells and Arizona Gunslinger. Hot enchilada sauce mixed with hot salsa, pepperjack and pickled jalepanos.

Forgot to ask - what are they filled with? I normally put chicken, onions, and jalepeno white sauce in mine, but I'm curious what you filled with.

Yummy! I don't think enchilada translates in Chinese but maybe with these pictures this cook will get the idea. I bet they would be good with pulled pork too, got to try that one when I am home.
