Maplewood Kielbasa with Maplewood Chili =(

The chili was texas style, almost purely rehydrated chilies and beef smoked over maple wood. It was very good.

The kielbasa was pork butt, garlic and spices. It was a my first miss in a while. Anyone have a sausage recipe they would like to share?
