Looks incredible regardless of being your first or not. I have my wok coming in the mail next week with the spider but you guys are scaring the hell out of me. Sounds very difficult to cook on the wok. When you guys say you put the rice on, are you referring to cooked rice already and you're just blending it and warming it, or are you putting raw rice on the wok and cooking it? See how green I am

Mark0525, We are talking about day old rice. Rice made the day before and stored in a container in the refrigerator. Then prepared for frying in you wok prior to your main meal but used with the meal or in the main dish. Tim

Thanks Tim, so whenever people talk about making rice with stir fry it's cooked?
I assumed that but you never know. I know people are probably rolling their eyes with that question...lol -
Mark, This was my first wok cook so I don't know. What I do know is "this is the right place to find out". Tim
