I am fixing your recipe for the first time having rubbed it last night. I just realized though the copy I have has no cooking instruction at all - how, what temp etc PLEASE!

Hi Ron,[p]Direct, on a raised grid at 300° - 325° for about 30-45 minutes, flipping every 10-15 minutes, to an internal of 145°. [p]Tonia
