We're new to the BGE-2 weeks. No luck with the wings on page 39 of the BGE cookbook. Followed the instructions but burnt results!
Great luck with Turkey,steak,burgers,sausages,etc though.
Any pointers for great wings?

I don't have the book yet, but the version I have followed MANY times with good results is what we call "30-20-10" wings.
Get your Egg set up for an indirect cook at 375f.
Season your wingettes and drummettes with the rub of your choice.
Cook them 30 minutes, then flip.
Cook another 20 minutes, toss in the sauce of your choice and then flip.
Cook another 10 minutes to crisp up the sauce and then serve.

I've had great luck with wings 400 degrees raised direct, flip 1/2 way through about 15 to 20 minutes.
