Oh that taste.....TKS Richard for this magnificent & flavourful mix of finely ground Kona Coffee, Hawaiian Sea Salt & Exotic Herbs & Spices....it made A World of difference on today's Beef Tenderloin...................

My Inlaws brought this Sonoran Beef Tenderloin..Egged it today....added Mustard, Salt & Pepper & Death by Garlic..... Ready for searing at 650 F

Lowered temp to 400 F & added Richard's Spices............Pulled at 130* internal, came out of this world...an incredible taste!!!
