Leftover Lamb Tagine

Leftover lamb from my leg of lamb post, about 2#, 4 potatoes, 3 carrots, 1 onion sliced, 1TB fresh oregano, 2t fresh thyme, 2t fresh rosemary, salt and pepper and 14.5-oz can of chicken broth .




Cooked for 2.5-hr. @ 325*

Delicious.
