Nice! I use a pizza stone to brown my tortias in stead of using oil, it works well too.

Where do you get the Hatches this time of year....they are my absolute favorite to cook with and we only get Fresh ones here in Austin about July.... :(

I buy a bushel and portion them in ziplocks and freeze.
