Prime Rib is on. Baked taters too. Next up...Yorkshire Pudding. (Ya, gotta have Yorkshire with Prime rib.)
Gonna try and give it a go on the Egg. Anybody ever tried? Tips? etc.?
They'll either work or I'll use them for hockey pucks.
Why not give'r a go. Can anyways use more pucks anyway.
Keep 'ur stick on the ice!
Oh ya, now pushing 80 here in NiEGGara. You gotta love this weather!

  just got through looking up some Yorkshire Pudding recipes a few minutes ago.
If you have a good recipe, it would be nice if you post it.
Looking forward to hearing/seeing your results.

In the oven, it works great. First time trying on the Egg. Should be interesting.

Awesome! So it can be done! Our oven recipe works pretty good. Now for a go on the Egg.

That didn't work out as planned.
Set up was platesetter legs up, at 400. (as per in the oven recipe) for 40 minutes.
They started to rise. After 20 minutues, started to burn on the bottom. After 30, they were toast.
Will try again but at lower temp to compensate for platesetter that must be at a higher temp. -
Tim,
Only way to do pud. Get the drippings hot in a CI dutch oven at 450* and pour the batter in. Do not lift the dome to look. Watch through the daisy until it puffs up to the top of the pot. Remove gently and sit for ten minutes.
