thats the chart i use, pull at 150, the only difference between med/well and well with a rib roast is the taste of sawdust. if med/well aint good enough you can always finish it off in the nuke :laugh:fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

I think I would cook all three rare to medium rare. Then cut them a steak/steaks and grill it to medium-well to well. Why dry out the whole roast unless there is enough of them to eat the whole thing.
