Love these quick simple desserts and the grandkids love to make them.
Just a banana, a few strawberries, nutella and a couple tortillas.

Here is the first referench I can find. Great for all young and old.

    Dessert, Nutella-Banana Quesadillas, GrillGurl

    INGREDIENTS:
    1 Pkg 10 flour tortillas (10 inch)
1 jar (13 oz) Nutella spread
    3 medium bananas, ripe
    Confectioners’ sugar for dusting

    Procedure
1 Remove ½ of the flour tortillas and spread each one evenly with approximately ¼ cup of the Nutella spread.
2 Then very thinly slice ½ of a banana evenly over each one. I slice the bananas 1/8" or less. (Note this is important so that the bananas melt into the filling.)
3 Then place another tortilla over the toppings and lightly press them together.
4 Cook over direct heat at 350 degree dome temp for about 3 minutes (or until lightly golden) and then carefully flip with a large spatula and cook another 3 minutes (or until lightly golden).
5 Remove from heat and let cool at least 5 minutes. Be careful - the filling gets molten hot!!
6 Dust each one with confectioners’ sugar to taste and use a pizza cutter to cut into desired portions.
    NOTE:
1 Nutella spread is a hazelnut/chocolate spread similar in consistency to peanut butter & is located in the peanut butter section of your market. Nutella spread is a hazelnut/chocolate spread similar in consistency to peanut butter & is located in the peanut butter section of your market.

Thanks all it's just something quick and easy that I thought those with kids or grandkids might like to try. They can toast while the egg is cooling down so it also helps keep grandpa off the dish washing detail B)

Yep i asked Cheryl if i could "borrow" her recipe so we fixed those in Ocala 2 years in a row. We also fixed them at Waldorf and these 3 little girls had 2 whole ones each. We had to ask them to leave so we could share with others... :) I think they would have eaten everyone of them we fixed. :)
