you guys are so blessed living inside the belt way with all the different nationality grocery stores to shop at. My daugher lives in Fairfax and rubs it in. I'm lucky to find "a" butcher out here in Loudoun county. -

Thanks for the tip on the za'atar. Did you marinate the lamb with it for any particular amount of time, like overnight? Or did you rub it on just prior to putting it on the heat?
