Didn't know what I was going to cook until these were thawed and I pulled them ou of the bag. I had Minesoooota flashbacks of Steve saying, trim and cut these.
Satays it is. Two with a local smoked jalapeno salt and the others with Indian River Pixie Dust.
The last of the new red's
One of each seasoning got Bumbleberry Jalapeno and the others go Apricot Ambrosia.
Smashed the taters and topped with smoked colby jack and same with the shredded zuccini.
