Roasting peppers and a tomato

Cheesy garlic grits and fixins waiting on eggs

Drop biscuits on the mini peel

The small and the mini are running neck and neck

Biscuits on the mini - couple more minutes

Grits and eggs on the small - almost ready - set the table and shout out to your bride

Waiting on the chief judge

Chief judge approved - diced mango on the side - Tony's on all

I wanted to get rid of the pan - my traveling companion said no way. I picked that up whille visiting with a friend in Holland.
Whoa! Figured I better use it especially with LS doing romantic dinners and SC doing heart shaped food.
Getting a little mushy around here - next thing you know we'll all be catchin cooties.

Spring must be busting out all over!!

your "nurse" may be in cahoots with your knee doc  to slow that burstedness down  -
Yea, no doubt about it... Texas is the romantic state. And we've got Willie and George to shape the words, and cast iron pans to shape the biscuits.
Life just don't get no better.

I'm ready for a meal like that at dinner tonight, man I love me some cheesy grits!

Very creative, Frank - even if you did have to resort to grits!

Can I assume that stone setup on the mini is how you do pizza too? For some reason, I was thinking they had to be lower.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I have only done a couple pizzas on the mini but that is how I did them. Worked fine.

Thanks, Frank - I'll have to give it a try.

Hey Frank!
Nice! Your pic of the biscuits on the mini blew me away! Now I have another biscuit cook to aspire to. The eggs and grits are awsome. -
Nice job Frank. Love (pun intended) the mold.
