Frankly, I've had it with anonymous posting. We have one or more members who apparently enjoy stirring the pot, but don't have the balls to log in to post. They seem to take great pleasure in tweaking the rest of us who are here to enjoy the forum and to learn.
It is not difficult for anyone interested in this forum to sign up so they can post. There is no reason to allow anonymous posting. NONE. Most other forums don't allow it and I can't understand why this one does.
Maybe the rest of us should just leave. I'm sure that would get rid of the trolls since they would have only themselves to annoy.

i had a big rant in some thread about this. i too think if you don't have the bells to post something while logged in, you shouldn't post it.
there were some rebuttals as to why it should be allowed, but they were pretty weaksauce iirc. -
there is an issue with newbies being able to log on, and get registered, password problems ets, if you look back several weeks in the feedback forum you will see it happens quite often. if they could fix that glitch i think things would change but with the currant problems of not being able to log on or register, i cant see that happening.fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

maybe they could put temporary bans on ip addresses for posts that are not of that nature.
