Pulled Pork Pizza

My wife Jackie go's out to dinner with her girl friend once a year and tonight is the night so I decided defrost the pulled pork that I in the freezer

Started with a glass of Nerelo Del Bastardo red wine from Trader Joe's


Caramelized a red onion


Got the Egg ready to go.

Rolled out the dough and used Simply Marvelous Original BBQ Sauce and Simply Marvelous Secret Cherry Sauce on the dough

Pulled Pork

Onions

Mozzarella cheese

Added green onion and Italian herbs to these two pizzas

Egg at 650*


Off in 9-min.

A very unusually good pizza

Interesting....will hve to file that one away for when no.2 son come home from college. Nice pix, thanks for sharing. -
I made the pulled pork pizza at Nieggarafest, instead of green peppers I slice potatoes very thin on a slicer and then bruised some rosemary and sprinkled on top. Also goes well with some seasoned spicy oil drizzle. Nice pics, great job. Put potatoes on top with no cheese covering thou, will melt in and possible brown. Where did you get the gasket from? is it nomex?

what is it used for, a wood stove or another bbq, I never heard of rutland, please advise. How does it hold up?
