INGREDIENTS:
2 Ozs. Vodka, Peach, Absolute
2 Ozs. Orange Juice, Fresh
3/4 Oz. Pomegranate Mix, MONIN, Clearwater, FL

1.75 Liters Vodka Peach, Vodka
60 Ozs. Orange Juice

1 Mix and shake over cubes of ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

The dipping sauce that I use is:
3 parts chicken stock (to be totally authenic, use dashi)
1 part Mirin Wine
1 part soy sauce

Oh Richard, I don't wanna make my own. I much prefer your mixology skills to mine. I will, however, skewer several of your fortified cherries on a chopstick to garnish the drink!
