Friday's surf and turf with DP dust
Clay Q
Posts: 4,486
I need protein. Grilled up DP Raging River Maple Butter crusted wild salmon and had a couple of little lambie chops so I dusted them with Raising the Steaks. All good stuff when bedded on organic greens drizzled with 25 year old balsamic vinegar and sweet virgin olive oil.
Feeling better now that I ate.

Hey Clay I have a couple bottles of that old balsamic that I never use because it was so expensive, how was it on the salmon? -RP

Very nice Clay. Hope to have some hours old Mahi on the grill tomorrow night.

Well the greens got hit with the balsamic not the fish but it got ate on the plate and was mighty good. Sweet stuff.

Awesome looking dinner Clay. That basalmic must have been something else.

Sounds great! How did I get left out of the party going to Grills? :( Just kiddding.....We went in the evening with a friend living in Coco Beach and watched biker chicks dancing to the beat of the band while I ate mahi. Very good when fresh. :cheer:

Little Steven is still there???
Good luck fishing, sounds like a great time! If you don't catch anything you can always stir fry the bait. -
Thanks man. Yeah, was feeling drained....donated whole blood to the local blood center this morning. So gotta protein and liquid up. Irish beer works for me.

Little is good, just look at Steven.
Well sounds like you guys are still having a great time. If you catch something more than a sunburn take some pics and post'em. We'd like to see.... -
Thanks man. Congrats go to eenie meenie also, she made the most outstanding salmon at the Sunshine Eggfest and I haven't forgot. She is one hell of a cook, I saw her master the flames of a large egg as she was grilling a pile of marinated Korean beef short ribs at the after fest. :woohoo: Impressive!
