Decided to do a quick cook this evening, so I grilled up a Buffalo ribeye -- on special to get folks interested in the "other" red meat -- on the mini with a side of corn on the cob. Turned out very nice. Border Collie on guard to keep the sheep away...

Looks really good, but uh, what's this about the Border Collie guarding ?? What's the old saying about the fox guarding the hen house?

Nice stand for the mini by the way. I used that same thing for my mini but I didn't think to "drop" the top shelf to stop the thing from falling off/out. good idea.

If I'm reading your sig right, I'd have to say its good to see a bit of bison showing up so far south. The first I had was from the Dakotas, then Minnesota. Now I get it locally, No. Indiana and Ohio. I don't know of any other meat with as sweet of a taste.
