Mini cookin with Carnivore Sauce

I had to try out Big'un's Carnivore BBQ Sauce once I got home. Got some chicken tenders and a few dogs for tonights meat salad so I fired up the mini to 350° direct, raised grid. After grilling a few minutes I started mopping the sauce and I hit the dogs as well. This was the sweet sauce but it's not too sweet- not all sugar, more tomato with spices. What I found was the sauce did not burn and it clung as it cooked onto the meat. Nice. Into the house for a taste. Plated the meat on top of some greens and dug in. Yummmmmmmm. Did not overpower the light flavored chicken tenders but added a savory bite that was just right.
Thank you Sunshine State Iron Chef Big'un! :cheer:

CQ-Good lookin stuff. I was so busy cooking at the fest that I never got to taste some of the carnivore flavors that I don't already have.

    Lookin' good "Q".

Big 'un makes some good BBQ sauce that's for sure. I'm out and the weather nice again (finally) so I need to stock up, i.e., no snow in the way getting to the egg.
