I like the stir fries. Easy to do, and an easy way to get plenty of veggies. 11 yo took pictures again for me.

Here is the boneless thighs on the medium. So much more tasty than boneless breast! Cooked at 350 w/ pear wood.

Got the egg up to 700+. First on EVOO and garlic.

Then the veggies. Zucchini, carrot, broccoli, and onion.

Hot fire - cooked up fast

Plated. Forgot the peanuts this time, but it was still delicious.

Sure was tasty. Kids all raved.

What a great cook Richard!! I love wokking on the eggs.
Pear wood? I've not seen that ever posted or in stores. Is that from local land?
    Thanks for the post!

A fellow egger gave me some pear wook back in November when I bought a pallet of Wicked Good and sold half the pallet.

Just used the last of it tonight. I need to go find an orchard, and pick up some more.

Let me know. I'd be willing to buy some. I just love trying all the different flavs of woods on different meats and cooks.
