Go large or XL

I'm hoping to get a BGE this summer if I can convince the wife but I'm not sure if I should go for a large or just say to hell with it and get the XL.

Large, it will handle most anything, has way more accessories, and uses less lump. I think most will agree that the XL really won't pay for itself unless you are feeding a lot of people [25-30] on a regular basis.
I'm sure others will post pics of huge amounts of food being cooked on the Large, so just stand by

I bought a large and a small, I have no regrets....

I have an XL and have no regrets I never thought about it paying for itself.

Go with the large. There's a reason it's BGE's best seller.

Mini's are for UGA fans
Small's for UT thugs
Medium's for Tiger Lillies
Large's for Bama girls
XL's are for Hawgs and Gators -
seeing that you have posted this twice tonight you might want to look back at responses to your first post as well.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

I have an XL and I love it. I understand that the geometry of the large may be better, but I appreciate the extra space when necessary. Also, the new XL's are supposed to have similar dome geometry as the large.
