I won a spider. I got home yesterday and tried it out. I salted the porterhouse with black Hawaiian sea salt. I used used the spider for the sear. Next was Richards Kona seasoning and finished.

Looks good! Can you really tell the difference tastewise between the different salts?

It seems to taste the same to me. I think it's mostly the color is different. The salt is a bit of a different size.
