Eggin' in the rain

It's raining again in the SF Bay Area, and I decided I wanted some egged chicken for lunch. So I did.

I used some Dizzy Pig Raging River rub, put the plate setter legs up, and 350f for 30 minutes. Tasty.

Hopefully this weekend, I will get a chance to try some bread.
