Tonight's dinner was Orange Pork Chops from the original BGE cookbook. Turned out fantastic.

Looks great! We had zucchini, mushrooms, and onions tonight, as well.

I don't think I've seen that recipe before. Do you mind sharing it? We're having pork chops tomorrow, but I've already got them marinating, so maybe next time!

Really easy. You must try them!

Dry Rub (I used Tasty Licks Original Rub)
    3 tbsp orange marmalade
    2 cups orange juice
    Thick chops

Pierce chops several times with fork. Season with rub. Mix marmalade and orange juice. Marinate several hours. Grill @ 300 for 10-15 minutes per side. I pulled at 150 internal and let rest.

Recipe is from the BGE Cookbook (Denise Bottolfs)

Great looking dinner Di! Now you need some Dizzy Pig products for your pineapple and everything else you cook! :) dizzypig.com

Molly - I used Pineapple Head on the pineapple. That's the only DP product I have. No one sells it around me and I don't really know what else to order. Hubby doesn't like spicy/hot food. Flavor yes, hot no.

The fresh pineapple and looks like zacunie make the plate. Just great!! Only thing is the pics are small. I want to see it in all its glory! Really nice work. Not sure if this will do it but if you are using Photobucket I down load them as 640x480 on it then just cut and past. Love your work. ;)
