Chicken Wings: Indirect: Time and Temp

Hi all,
I want to cook some wings indirect. They will be cooking on two levels.
I am planning a party and wish to time these some what.
Can anyone recommend a time and temp combo?

I never time my wings but I think they go for about an hour at 350 to 400 dome temp. I always check with thermapen for 165 internal.

Never done em indirect personally..you will lose some of the crispiness by going indirect..

I do wings both ways, but if I'm using my plate setter I foil it first and then get my dome to a solid 400. Time wise 40 to 45 minutes, but check with my Thermapen - looking for 165 to 170 or at least check to make sure the juices are running clear. One advantage with the indirect in the case of wings is I never bother to flip. Works for me!Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

My favorite technique is what my son calls 30-20-10 wings.
Get the Egg to 350-375f indirect.
Put seasoned wings on for 30 minutes.
Flip and cook 20 minutes more.
Toss in sauce and put back on for 10 minutes.
Works like a charm for us.Knoxville, TN
