Shrimp three ways tonight
Left - Italian seasoning and olive oil - will make some pasta to go with this later this week
The two on the right were set on a bed of limes and basted with lime juice, lime zest, chopped garlic, and butter. The one on the bottom was dusted with John Henry's Pecan Rub - the one at the top was dusted with Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom - Allllll gooooood.

Thin sliced some potatoes, onion, garlic, and rosemary with some kosher salt and cracked black pepper - on the Egg for about 30 minutes

Nice - first time I've ever had white corn on the cob

Can all ways bet I'll see some form of inovative (big word for me!
)sea food or fish from you most of the time and am not dissapointed! I'm sure I could get burned out of shrimps if thats all I had to eat but would love to try! :laugh: -

Have had white corn before but I don't remember having white corn on the cob - usually yellow. Picked a few ears up at a local veggie stand and put them on about 45 minutes before the swimps - pretty good.
