That was fantastic Kim - maybe even 6 stars!

I got to meet Ken and cook next to him, at Waldorf, in 2008 and that sauce was fantastic!

Thanks Ken...all I have heard from Trisha was how great the steak & sauce was so I had to try it. I am sure with morel's it is even better. Thanks for the great recipe.

Yep Mint Tulip prepped and took the pics but she let me pour in the Brandy...LOL...it was on the small not the mini...but great none the less.
