Valentine's Eve Appetizers and Today's Breakfast

Shaved BuckBoard Bacon Scoops with Queso Asadero, beans, fresh salsa and sour cream. Shoulda done them direct, but there were none left on the plate, so I guess they choked them dowen. This morning did Chubby's Chicks breakfast cups. Portabello mushrooms, shallots and garlic sauteed in olive oil and butter then blended with sour cream and freah parsley into a Mickelberry ham cup and topped with egg. Seasoned with Richard's Indian River Pepper Blend. They were awful! :silly:

BTW, Photobucket must have been listening. These loaded 3 times faster than usual!

The recipe is on the Eggs By The Bay website Just one change...the cook is indirect rather than direct as the recipe shows. Chubby and Ann verified that.

Mike it's such an easy drive 5 hrs. 4 lane hwy all the way home...I'd drive........really looking forward to it.......Valeria is having her first communion on May the 5th. in the small village of Santiago right next to us.....you are welcome to it......or any other time you decide......

They got cards and breakfast. It would be deviating from the norm if I weren't out with the dogs :woohoo: At leasdt it's a beautiful day. Currently 63, with an expected 67. Best day we've seen in weeks!
