after watching nascar today, made twice baked potato with triple cheese mixed throughout potato, had 1 1/2 inch ribeye with it. did potato first, then steak and then both. not a diet meal but not bad for sat. night.

Looking at purchasing a large BGE. Have a friend at a dealer said he can get me one for $750 with a nest and 2 side flip up wooden trays. Is this a good deal? I really want to get one.

baked the potato, hulled out. mixed potato with butter, sour cream, and pepper, i usually use milk also but did not have any. i put layer of potato, then layer of cheese. then potato, then cheese again, then more potato and then cheese on top. therefore three layers of cheese...... put back on egg for few mins until warm and cheese melts. have used bacon in mixture also,
