Help Photobucket problem

I can get into my photobucket account and it is now called default album. I only have one when the pics pop up they only stay for 2-3 seconds and I can not copy and paste any pics. I can add pics, but again they only stay around for a few seconds. Any help is appreciated, TIA.

    The pics I want to post I have click on, they have a screen of their own. I hit the second one (don't know which one) it says copied. But when you right click to copy, you can't. But when I go to paste works fine.
    Clear as mud?

    If I added a pop up blocker it was done without my knowledge. My album is now called by the original name plus -default album.. Must be the menehunies working overtime.

    I agree. photobucket has changed in the past week. i used to be able to drag the mouse over the pictures and a drop down menu would appear where you copied the img codes, now I have to click on the picture and open it to get to the img code...major functionality decline.

    Richard I think they did change the format. I noticed the same thing about the "Default" album. It takes a time or two getting used to it.

    I agree! I too learned how to work around the changes - however - this "new" procedure they imposed is a real pain in the rear! I had posted a question back a month ago or so wondering if with ALL the pop up ads they are now subjecting us to if it's just an annoying ploy to get more people to upgrade to being paying members vs. free members. Get my drift?...

    Go to my home and upload them there using the bulk upload option.I too put all my stuff in a default album by mistake.I hope this makes sense and helps! :huh:

    If my son makes it down here this weekend out of the snow and into the snow here in Atlanta (Gosh, I need to move to Ft. Lauderdale!) I was planning on asking him to take a look at the whole photobucket posting to the forum thing and tell me if there is a way to get around all of this stuff. He is a hot shot programmer on Wall Street and specializes in writing code to do million dollar basket trades. He should be a able to find a way to post more directly to the forum. It looks like it is just an addy anyway and I have online storage setup, couple of terabytes free. We need an easier way to do this IMHO. Thanks!

    I have the same problem also right now. I know that there is somebody has posted pictures right from Picasa. Is there anybody on the forum now that knows how to do that?

    For those that are no longer able to access the IMG code by rolling your mouse over the image. I may be able to help.

    Click on where it says "Share".

    Click on where it says "Get Link Code"

    Select the type of codes you wish to display in the check boxes and where it says "Show links in my albums:" select "always".

    Save it!

    When you get back to your directory the code is visible for all the images. Click on the code you want to highlight it and right click on it to copy it. Paste and post as always.

    Before Richard's post I was on the phone with him. I went through each screen with Richard. Where my pictures would show, and we all expect them to show, Richards would show for 4 seconds then would be gone.

    Initially showing, then 4 seconds gone on Richards machine, Richard had the same screen and no key presses or button pushing and repeatedly the pictures would be gone. The screen would show the # of his pictures but not the actual pictures.

    Richard this is for you too.

    In Gators example above we did see the entire code screen but we did not pass on the the actual code screen that one would copy to put in the post. The only code you are interested in Richard, is the IMG Code. You need to go one more step than we went on the phone tonight.

    Hopefully you will see this in the morning.
