Hoping to avoid copyright issues, but two jump out: 1.) meatball, italian sausage, mozz, pecorino, and kalamata. 2.)camelized bananas and chocolate spread.

A couple of "different" ones we've done in the past:
use pesto as the "sauce", top with mozzarella and provolone, chopped artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, and sliced black olives.
use tapenade as the "sauce", top with feta and roasted red peppers.

One of my all time favorites is pesto on the dough with andouille sausage, shrimp & goat cheese. Man if you havne't tried this you're in for a real treat.

I agree with the Pesto and shrimp. One of the best pie's I ever cooked or tasted was done recently on my LBGE.

Haven't had a pizza in a while, but am having one tonight - if I ever get off my butt and go light 'er up. Garlic olive oil, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, S&P, buffalo moz, romano, asiago, parm, red onions, green pepper and pepperoni.
Should look a bit like this, which is missing only the green peppers... yum!
